There is no sugar nor salt and doesn’t need any. Guess the mystery ingredient. It is wonderful on eggs and any way you would use your hot sauce. It is also fabulous in Pimento Cheese (see recipe) and used as a marinade. You won’t be able to live without it. You will just “Gotta Have it”
